Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Provide expert support for consumer electronics, gadgets, and appliances.
Assist customers with order inquiries, product recommendations, and troubleshooting.
Handle warranty claims, repairs, and return processes efficiently.
Offer technical guidance for device setup, connectivity issues, and software updates.
Maintain customer records and escalate complex issues when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in electronics or tech support.
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Passion for gadgets, electronics, and consumer technology.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
