Job Description

Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. Qualifications:

• At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) /SHS Graduate
• At least 6 months fraud analyst experience
• Japanese - speaking customer experts ( Both native and non-native speakers)
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Willing to start immediately.
