Job Description
• Assist customers with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related concerns.
• Provide expert recommendations to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Resolve issues efficiently and deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
• At least a 2nd-year college undergraduate with 6 months of international call center experience, OR
• A college graduate (4-year course) with no experience required.
