Job Description
Heat Press Operation
Operate and maintain heat press machines to apply designs onto garments, fabrics, and other materials.
Ensure correct temperature, pressure, and placement for high-quality transfers.
Prepare vinyl, sublimation, or transfer paper for printing.
Troubleshoot and resolve any machine or print quality issues.
Silk Screen Printing
Set up and prepare silk screen printing equipment for production.
Mix and apply inks according to job specifications.
Align screens accurately to maintain print consistency.
Clean and maintain screens, stencils, and printing stations.
Quality Control & Production
Inspect printed materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Adjust machine settings as needed to optimize production.
Maintain inventory of supplies such as inks, vinyl, and transfer sheets.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaboration & Efficiency
Work with designers and production managers to meet customer specifications.
Manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
Salary Range: 16,000.00 - 17,000.00
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm (Monday - Saturday)
Work Location: Tandang Sora, Quezon City
