Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage daily administrative tasks and support our business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for social media management, email handling, calendar coordination, invoicing, outbound calls, and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
Manage and organize the client’s calendar to ensure efficient scheduling.
Monitor and respond to emails, ensuring timely follow-ups and necessary actions.
Handle social media management, including scheduling and posting content.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
Prepare and send invoices.
Draft and send quotations to clients.
Make outbound calls for site visit scheduling and follow-ups.
Set and confirm appointments with clients.
Additional Duties:
Ensure the client's calendar is well-organized and updated daily.
Regularly check and renew GoDaddy services as required.
Contact clients for site visits and send confirmation emails.
Edit and schedule photos for Facebook ads every Friday for the upcoming week.
Manage the company website via GoDaddy.
Maintain and update the Google Business Profile.
Upload invoice PDFs from Xero to Aroflo.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using various software tools and platforms.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Must be willing to work Onsite - Angeles City
