Job Description
What You’ll Do:
• Be the go-to expert for customers needing assistance with orders, returns, and product recommendations.
• Assist with billing inquiries, payment processing, and delivery concerns.
• Ensure seamless customer experiences through professional and friendly support.
• Provide insights on promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
• Document customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
• At least 6 months of customer service experience (retail or e-commerce preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for helping customers and improving their shopping experience.
• Ability to handle inquiries efficiently and maintain a customer-first mindset.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
