Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Ensure all customer issues are resolved promptly and appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records.
- Provide excellent service in a friendly and confident manner.

Job Requirements:
- At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Laguna.
