Job Description
What You’ll Do:
• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and assist with payment solutions.
• Provide accurate information on billing, account status, and available payment plans.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
• Experience in financial collections, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
