Job Description

Join our team as a Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Customer Service Representative and assist patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies with inquiries related to medical services, prescriptions, and insurance claims.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle customer inquiries related to prescriptions, insurance coverage, and healthcare services.
• Assist in processing claims, verifying patient information, and resolving concerns.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on medical products and services.
• Ensure a compassionate and professional approach to healthcare-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
• Experience in customer service or healthcare-related accounts is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
