Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is typically required. Professional License is a required.
• A Master's degree or specialized certification in tower construction or related fields is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in tower construction, structural erection, or related fields. Hands-on experience in managing site operations and leading construction teams is highly beneficial.
• Strong understanding of tower design, erection techniques, and safety protocols.
• Proficient in construction management software, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering tools. Knowledgeable in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Knowledge of the industry standards and local building codes.
• Certification in safety management (e.g., BOSH, COSH) is highly desirable.
• Project management certifications like PMP can be an advantage.
• Any certifications related to tower construction or telecommunications may be beneficial.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills to coordinate between teams, contractors, and clients
• Willing to relocate
