Job Description:
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the primary brand advocate for the account you will be assigned to. Your role is to provide outstanding support to customers and clients of some of the world’s biggest and most sought-after brands.

Qualifications:
• Associate graduate (any course)
• Minimum of 2 years call center experience
• At least 10 months in direct patient care (Long-Term Care, Home/Community-Based Services, Hospital, or Case Management) preferred
• Experience in managed care organizations (Medicare/Medicaid) is an advantage
• Familiarity with BPO healthcare (member) processes is preferred, especially in the Philippine setting
