Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IP DRG Team Lead to join our growing team supporting a US healthcare account. The ideal candidate will have a strong coding background and a proven track record in inpatient coding. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
Non-Negotiable Qualifications:
Coding background in PSG Coding, PS Coding, or RS Coding
Experience as an Inpatient Coder
Graduate of any Medical course
Certificates:
At least one of the following certifications: IMA & ACCP
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
English proficiency
Preferred Industry Experience:
Healthcare Industry (experience with Miramed or Optum Global is a plus)
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Lead and mentor a team of IP DRG coders.
Ensure accurate and timely coding of inpatient medical records.
Monitor coding quality and provide feedback to team members.
Stay up-to-date with coding guidelines and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve coding issues.
Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
Work Location: Taguig
Salary: 75,000-90,000
