-Manage HRD operations, data, records, and reporting.
-Identify talent and create leadership development plans.
-Implement HR policies in compliance with local laws.
-Promote HR initiatives and achievements.
Skills requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in any related course
-With 10 years of experience in Talent Aquisition Management
-With 10 years of experience in Compensation and benefits
-With 10 years of experience in Employee and performance management
-With 10 years of experience in Organizational development
