Job Description
Support sales & pricing data integration across applications.
Manage workflow requests & approvals via PowerApps.
Track action items, ensure completion, and follow up with stakeholders.
Collaborate with security teams to enforce access policies.
Maintain process guides & improve tool functionality.
Assist CIO Integration teams in handling requests.
Identify & resolve access and data usage issues.
Mentor junior team members.
Must-Have Skills:
8+ years in incident & release management, security, testing, and enhancements.
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Strong Excel skills (formulas & data manipulation).
Detail-oriented & process-driven.
Ability to work independently & in teams.
Basic knowledge of sales & pricing data tools.
Experience with "Manage My Sales" and SDLC.
Great communication & leadership skills.
Flexibility to work across time zones when needed.
