Job Description
The E-Commerce Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of e-commerce platforms to maximize sales and enhance customer experience. This role involves developing data-driven strategies to achieve sales targets, managing platform-specific promotions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. The manager will lead the sales team, set goals, and support team growth, while staying informed of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing sales on e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic adjustments.
Knowledge of digital marketing practices relevant to e-commerce, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Adaptability to new e-commerce trends, technology, and consumer behavior.
- Salary:
- ₱40,000.00 Monthly
