Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated Customer Service and Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, your responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. This role involves engaging with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, recommend products or services, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and produce sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company's guidelines.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in our system.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.
Track and report on customer interactions, feedback, and trends.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and promotions.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in customer service or sales (1-2 years preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, or Google Workspace.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
