Job Description
• Purchasing, Local and Importation;
• Inbound and Outbound Logistics;
• Warehousing and Inventory Management;
• Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by Management, depending on the needs of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any business course. (CPA)
• Preferably with at least five (5) years work experience as a Supply Chain Manager or
• With a background in importation Process.
• With a background in Warehouse Management System.
• With good communication, presentation, analytical skill, and attention to detail.
• High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Budgeting- Plans and analyzes Capital Expenditures and Operating expenses for Logistics Department.
• Regulatory Compliance- Ensures that operations are in compliance with safety, organization, and other regulatory requirements.
• Supplier relationships- Negotiates and manages contracts with local suppliers, and works with them on canvassing and awarding.
• Importation- Manages the import/export activities, including custom clearance and
• Warehouse and Delivery Planning- Plans and manages incoming and outgoing deliveries of warehouse.
• Inventory Management- Oversees the storage and organization of inventory, ensuring accurate inventory records and managing stock levels.
• Insurance Claims- Processes and submits insurance claims.
• Management- Manages a team of 40 people (Purchasing- 9 employees and Delivery and Warehouse -31 employees), trains, motivates and develops them.
• Performs other duties that may assigned from time to time.
