Job Description:
- Lead and manage the RPA development team to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and provide technical expertise.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in RPA and related Microsoft tools.
- Train, mentor, and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in RPA, with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading teams
- Solid understanding of process mapping, automation, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform tools are a plus.
- Salary:
- ₱80,000.00 Monthly
