Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design & develop Pega applications, workflows, and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather & translate business requirements
Implement Pega best practices (case management, decisioning, RPA)
Troubleshoot issues & ensure high-quality application performance
Mentor junior developers & work with cross-functional teams
Stay updated on the latest Pega platform updates & tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Proven experience in Pega development & implementation
Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC, rules, & case management
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations & database connections
Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) highly preferred!
Preferred:
Experience in large-scale Pega projects
Familiarity with Agile & DevOps methodologies
Exposure to cloud-based Pega solutions
