Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP ISU Consultant with expertise in the utilities industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Industry Solution for Utilities (IS-U) to support business processes in the electricity, water, or gas sectors. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in SAP ISU modules such as Billing, Device Management, FICA, and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP ISU implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Configure and customize SAP ISU modules, including Billing, DM, FICA, and CS.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and map requirements to SAP ISU functionalities.
Provide technical expertise in SAP ISU integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Support end-user training and change management initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and processes.
Stay updated with SAP ISU best practices and new features.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP ISU implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of SAP ISU modules (Billing, Device Management, FICA, and Customer Service).
Experience in SAP ISU integration with other SAP modules such as CRM, PM, or MM is a plus.
Understanding of ABAP debugging and enhancement techniques is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
SAP ISU certification is a plus.
