Job Description
30,000 - 35,000 (max 40,000 with incentives)
Shifting (3pm-12am)
What we are looking for are just the basics on the following:
- Performance Management (this includes coaching skills and process and able to do RCA)
- People Management
- Deliverables Management
- Strong communication skills and strong coaching experience
- customer service experience
The above mentioned are the basic skills that a team leader should possess.
When it come to confidence, a candidate should present him/herself with full confidence. This helps us decide whether a candidate can handle a new team. We need a strong candidate since they will also interact with our client from time to time.
