Job Description
1. Code Quality & Security
- Follow security coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities, using code reviews for validation.
- Notify the Technical Architect and Project Manager about any issues that could impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Collaborate with testers during application transitions or technical architecture handovers.
- Identify and resolve defects and performance issues uncovered during the testing phase.
2. Development & Integration
- Design, develop, and configure SAP software systems to meet client or market requirements.
- Participate in Unit/Component Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support deployment preparations and work closely with deployment teams to ensure a smooth rollout.
- Document applications and technical components to facilitate ongoing maintenance and support.
Client Relationship Development
- Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to ensure that software solutions align with business objectives and project goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience:
- At least 2+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience with SAP Suite on HANA (SoH) or S/4HANA, or experience with SAP upgrades*(Unicode conversion, SPAU/SPDD, Basis upgrades, Functional testing).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with NW 7.5 features.
- Familiarity with SAP product standards, cloud solutions, and coding guidelines in the development environment.
