What You’ll Do:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries and service requests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, billing concerns, and account updates professionally.
• Deliver clear, step-by-step solutions while maintaining a friendly approach.
• Offer product recommendations and upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document interactions and escalate complex cases when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience & 6 months of Sales experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.
• Non-BPO experience? No problem! If you have great communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
