Job Description

We are looking for a visionary tech leader to spearhead our company’s technology strategy, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for aligning technology investments with business objectives, leading a high-performing tech team, and ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure. Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant industry standards, security protocols, and data privacy laws.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to business operations.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure and software.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive advancements.

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in technology leadership, software development, or IT management.
• Proven track record in technology strategy, product development, and digital transformation.
• Expertise in software development and infrastructure
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and drive technological change.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and modern software development frameworks.
• Experience in fast-growing, high-scale environments is a plus.
