-High-School Graduate or Graduate of Vocational Course
-With at least 3 years working experience in a construction site
-Must have electrical Installation and Maintenance TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificates
-Must have appropriate Safety & Hazard Training Certificates
-Must have WAH (Work at heights Certificates)
-Must be willing to be relocated (nationwide)
