Job Description
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative will play a vital role in the company’s daily incoming sales order and customer service processes, by providing exceptional service. As a Sales and Customer Service representative, dynamic and results-driven Sales agent, you must possess a firm attitude, convincing, assertive and engaging tone.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Help customers in placing orders through sales channels.
Generate sales by conducting and initiating communications with existing, new and potential clients via phone, chat and or email.
Report daily productivity report to immediate supervisor.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 1 year Outbound/Inbound Sales experience in a BPO setting
With excellent communication skills
Must be willing to work onsite (Makati)
Amenable to work on shifting schedules, holidays or weekends.
