Job Description
Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati City
Work Schedule: Shifting (Day, Mid, and Night Shift)
Salary Package: Php 25,000 (after training)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone
- Handle inquiries efficiently and with a solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns
- Utilize company tools to craft accurate responses
- Maintain a positive and engaging work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Adaptability to shifting schedules
- Basic computer skills (40 WPM with 100% accuracy)
