Service Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team at a leading truck and refrigeration truck manufacturing company. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring a seamless experience for clients seeking maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for their trucks and refrigeration units.

Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and provide accurate information about repairs and maintenance options.
Schedule service appointments and manage the flow of work in the service department.
Prepare detailed estimates for services, parts, and repairs needed for both trucks and refrigeration units.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services and repairs.
Provide customers with clear explanations of work performed and parts replaced, along with cost breakdowns.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate service records and ensure all paperwork is properly filed.
