We are in need of Tax Associate for work on site in Davao

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Accounting related courses
• At least One (1) year of relevant work experience in handling taxation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications

Job Role:

• Responsible for the timely preparation of tax returns and ensuring proper tax compliance requirements are met.
• Prepares e-filing and e-payment of monthly/quarterly/annual returns which include, but not limited to IT, VAT, Withholding Tax, and DST without error.
• Proactively communicates with other departments for the financial data and other necessary information needed to complete the tax filing and reporting.
• Assists on tax assessments, whether local and national tax and ensures audit readiness of all tax-related filings and documentation.
• Files properly all documentation of BIR Certificate of Registrations, tax returns and filing reference, receipts of tax payments, etc.
• Ensures proper filing of documents related to tax filing and compliance.
• Submits required reports on time and ensures they are accurate.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Complies with all Company rules and regulations.
• Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Benefits:
Salary P13,000-14,000
- with Overtime and 13th month Pay
- Premium Pay (holiday and rest day premium, if working)
