Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsible for the supervision of Quality personnels in the absence of Quality Supervisor.
Ensure that all Quality staff and inline inspectors are competent in performing their assigned tasks.
Prepare weekly schedule and task for Quality personnels in the absence of Quality Supervisor.
Ensure that all Quality reports deliver their respective requirements with integrity and accuracy.
Coordinates with Quality Manager, Quality Supervisor for internal quality and safety concerns.
Ensures that all rubber plates, print cards, color guides and sample guides are updated and approved
prior to mass production.
Conduct final proof reading and color conformance prior mass production.
Prepare Certificate of Analysis (COA) for all Finished Goods deliveries.
Conduct RCT paper test from representative sample of paper roll deliveries.
Conduct corrugated carton tests as per customer specifications. (BCT, ECT, Grammage,COBB Test)
Ensure that laboratory equipment’s for weighing and testing are calibrated prior due dates.
Ensure that Quality controlled documents are updated, completely signed and updated.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness on laboratory testing equipment’s and overall QA laboratory area
Conduct GMP Audit as per defined frequency.
