Job Description
- Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement automated systems and processes for manufacturing and production lines, ensuring they meet quality standards and improve efficiency.
- Programming: Create and maintain PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs, HMI (Human-Machine Interface) configurations, and other automation software for various equipment and machinery.
- Multi-Axis Robots & Pneumatics: Design and integrate multi-axis robotic systems and pneumatic components into production processes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- System Integration: Integrate automated systems with existing production equipment, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automated systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CAD software for designing automated systems.
- Strong understanding of multi-axis robotic systems, pneumatics, industrial control systems, sensors, actuators, and robotics.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Knowledge of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and smart manufacturing technologies.
- Experience working in a global team environment.
