Job Description
- Assists the Production Team Leader in handling technical problem encountered in assembly line.
- Prepare and setup required assembly jigs and fixtures in the production line prior to start of production.
- Regularly checks settings and condition of assembly tools, such as Automatic Torque Screw and DC Power Supply, when in use, according to required specification.
- Repair defective units encountered by Production Operators in assembly production line.
- Investigate and report for the root causes of defective units.
- Suggest corrective and preventive action to reduce defective units and recurring defects.
- Ensure proper inventory and maintenance of all assembly and inspection jigs and fixtures.
- Ensure completeness and correctness of components prior to assembly process.
Qualifications:
> At least high school graduate
> Strong technical knowledge about manufacturing procedures
> Able to interpret technical drawings.
Experience/s Required:
Minimum of 2 years experience in plastic industry of a manufacturing set up
