Job Description
Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - PHP 75,000
We are looking for a Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and enhance educational and training programs. This role requires a deep understanding of instructional design principles, learning methodologies, and curriculum development strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to create effective and engaging learning experiences for various audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Design & Development
Develop instructionally sound and engaging curricula for corporate training, academic programs, or professional development.
Align course content with learning objectives, competency frameworks, and business goals.
Utilize adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and Bloom’s Taxonomy to create effective programs.
Content Creation & Implementation
Design course materials, lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia content (videos, infographics, e-learning modules).
Work with trainers, educators, and SMEs to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
Develop interactive and blended learning experiences that cater to different learning styles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2-5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or education/training programs.
Strong background in developing corporate training, academic programs, or professional certification courses.
Experience with e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and content authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia)
