JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. You will assist customers with returns, upgrades, purchases, and provide guidance and technical support. This role is based in call centers, office settings, or remote work environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
• College Graduate or College Undergraduate (any medical allied course)
• At least 1 year of healthcare Call Center experience
• Good to excellent English communication skills
