JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers by answering product and service inquiries, providing recommendations, and maintaining customer records by updating account information.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or K-12 Graduate (New Curriculum)
• No BPO experience required – Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
