Job Description
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the primary brand advocate for the assigned account. Your role is to provide exceptional support to customers and clients of some of the world's most recognized brands.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Associate Graduate (any course)
• Experience: At least 2 years in a call center handling a Healthcare Account
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Upon hire:
• 24,000 basic pay + 4,000 account premium + 1,000 flex fund allowance
