Job Description
Responsibilities
Plan and administer employee benefit programs
Monitor benefit administration
Evaluate and improve existing programs
Propose new benefit programs
Ensure compliance with legal requirements
Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and trends
Benefits
Manage government mandated and company-initiated benefits
Manage benefits such as flexible fringe benefits, HMO, loan, and paid leaves
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related field
A few years of HR experience
Key skills such as data analysis, communication, computer literacy, attention to detail, and discretion
