Responsibilities
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
Check items for deliveries
Maintain accurate records of deliveries
Get customers to sign that they received the delivery
Report delivery issues to a supervisor
Follow safety policies and procedures
Keep the delivery vehicle clean
Help drivers find delivery locations
Communicate with customers and drivers
