Job Description
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat +++
• Resolves customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Process, forms, orders, applications, and requests.
• Identify and report/escalate priority issues.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions by means of making and submitting the daily reports to his/her Team leader. Daily reports include the following:
1. After Sales Report – Details and pictures of complaints received.
2. Auto Reply Report – Includes summary of question and answers (FAQ) card.
3. Reviews Report – includes summary of ratings / reviews that are 1-3 stars only.
• Follow up on customer interactions.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• May be given additional task from time to time.
Qualifications:
• College Graduate
• With previous customer service experience is a must
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to multi- task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to solve problems, with excellent attention to detail and teamwork.
- Salary:
- ₱18,000.00 Monthly
