Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Finance Analyst I to join our team. The successful
candidate will play a key role in the efficient management of office supplies, assets, and
inventory. The position requires attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a
team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Receive and process all approved requests for office supplies and assets.
● Tag, scan, and monitor newly delivered goods and assets.
● Issue items to requestors or end users as required.
● Track asset movements, including transfers, disposals, and replacements, through an
Asset Management File, with daily consolidation.
● Maintain records of issued assets, consumables, and capitalized expenses.
● Retrieve procurement references for items being transferred or disposed of for
processing.
● Conduct regular inventory checks and spot checks on company assets.
● Check accountabilities of resigning employees for clearance purposes.
● Occasionally be assigned to different company sites as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Graduate of any 4-year course.
● Computer literate and proficient in basic office software.
● Flexible and willing to work long hours when necessary.
● Proactive, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.
