About the Role:
As an Automotive SAP Production & Planning Consulting Manager, you will collaborate with top industry professionals to deliver SAP-driven digital transformations, focusing on Production Planning, Quality Management, and ERP solutions for leading automotive companies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Automotive SAP Platform Consulting
- Support platform-driven business design and assessment, including value assessments and business case creation.
- Provide end-to-end SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions, ensuring seamless digital transformation.
- Act as an SAP Functional Solution Architect, leading RFP responses and delivering strategic solutions.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Engage with clients to define requirements, scope projects, and develop actionable roadmaps.
- Design innovative SAP-based solutions, leveraging process automation, IoT integration, and industry analytics.
- Collaborate with business development teams to shape proposals and delivery plans for SAP transformation projects.
ERP & Business Integration
- Manage integration projects across multiple ERP solutions.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) as needed for new SAP capabilities and functionalities.

- SAP Automotive Production & Planning Expertise, including:
--- Production Planning (Detailed Scheduling)
--- Quality Management (QM)
--- Variant Configuration, Block Planning, Model Mix Planning
--- Repetitive Manufacturing, Campaign Planning, Sequencing Heuristics
- Hands-on experience in 4-5 large-scale ERP transformations for global automotive clients.
- End-to-end Solution / Functional Architect experience, contributing to multiple RFP responses.
- Proven client-facing experience, showcasing leadership in strategic projects.
Nice to Have:
- An MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school is an added advantage.
