Job Description
Practice: Finance Transformation
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery & manage stakeholder relationships
- Guide & mentor teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Drive ERP solution design & implementation (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Collaborate with clients to enhance finance transformation strategies
- Identify business opportunities & contribute to business development
- Develop project plans, estimates & staffing strategies
Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in SAP FICO, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle EBS
- Deep understanding of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, Tax, etc.)
- Knowledge of ERP reporting tools (SAP BI/BO, Fiori, etc.)
- Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA Finance & ERP integrations
- Background in Finance Transformation & Shared Services Optimization
- Consulting experience in ERP platform implementation
