Job Description
- Must be a college graduate with a degree in any business-related field.
- Must have sales experience in healthcare, particularly in dialysis.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare the weekly itinerary and daily post call.
- Attend a meeting with the sales team (Twice a day).
- Development and implementation of a territory business plan to meet the territory target, and therefore the business unit, the division and the corporate expectation.
- Managing and developing sales activities within the dialysis market for the territory.
- Identifying key customers within the territory and creating and developing solid relationships with them in order to promote the focus products and the company.
- Understand the competitors and their activities.
- Keep abreast of developments and trends within the market and supply this market information back to the company regularly
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Plan and propose to Management for approval of any appropriate sales marketing strategy.

1. Cavite and Lower Laguna area
2. Camarines Sur, Norte and Albay area
3. Nueva Ecija and Nueva Vizcaya
4. Isabela, Quirino, Ifugao and Cagayan area
5. Ilocos Sur, Norte and Abra
6. Pangasinan, Benguet, Baguio
SALARY:
Php 18,000 basic salary with Php 5,000 in allowances, plus actual reimbursement for transportation (gas, toll) and food.
