Job Description

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
The Fashion Buyer/Brand Analyst is responsible for sourcing and selecting the latest designs in clothing and footwear to keep the product line aligned with industry trends. The role involves trend analysis, supplier coordination, purchase order management, and client relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Stay updated with fashion trends and market demands.
Source and select updated clothing and footwear designs.
Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
Manage and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Work closely with inventory and merchandising teams to align stock levels with demand.
Qualifications:
Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience as a Fashion Buyer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in purchase order management and inventory systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in both domestic and international fashion markets.
Strong network of supplier contacts within the fashion industry.
