General Service Staff

General cleaning of all work areas and keeping it maintained and in good
condition. 
 Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. 
 Perform minor repairs. 
 Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs. 
 Collect and dispose of trash
 Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
 Other job responsibilities may include banking deposits and arranging company permits
 Perform messengerial/liaison tasks assigned by the immediate superior
 Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate
superior. 
Job Qualifications : 
 Highschool Graduate 
 2 years of relevant experience 
 With previous experience in janitorial 
 Responsible for maintaining a cleanly facility by completing a variety of
cleaning tasks 
 Mechanical skills, light maintenance and repair besides cleaning duties 
 Competent cleaning, trustworthy and reliable 
 Other job responsibilities may include banking deposits and arranging company permits
