Field Sales Associate

Responsible in building customer relationships, follows up on leads, and maximizes sales opportunities. They identify prospects, ensure customer satisfaction, and constantly seek new opportunities to drive business growth.
· Promotes the company's existing products and introduces new products to the market.
· Conducts research and develops marketing opportunities and plans, identifies market trends, and suggests systems improvement to achieve the company's marketing goals.
· Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
· Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets
· Coordinating sales efforts with other departments
· Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities
Job Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
· 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing
· Experience in Sales in lighting Industry; handling retail accounts is an advantage
· Can drive a car and/or motorcycle; with a valid Driver's License
· Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
· With excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Adaptive, Strategic, Business research-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment
