Job Description

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any bachelor’s Degree. HR certification is preferred or an advantage.

- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance

· Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals

· Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires

· Manage employee performance through feedback, appraisals, and development plans

· Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment

· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies

· Lead compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and fair practices

· Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters

· Develop and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth

. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to monitor organizational health and effectiveness

Compress Work Schedule (Monday – Friday)

7:00 am – 6:00 pm every Monday –Thursday

7:00 am – 4:00 pm every Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
