Job Description
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Good typing speed with accuracy (usually 35+ WPM preferred).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping.
Proficiency in using customer service tools, CRM software, and email/chat platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A positive and customer-centric attitude.
Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
