Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - PHP 70,000

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop interactive training materials (e-learning, instructor-led, blended learning)
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to craft effective learning experiences
- Develop multimedia content, including videos, simulations, and interactive modules
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, HR development, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate training
- Creativity, innovation, and a passion for transforming learning experiences
- Salary:
- ₱70,000.00 Monthly
