Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our company. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, social media posts, and website content.
Manage social media accounts, engaging with followers and monitoring online conversations.
Assist in the coordination of marketing events and activities.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support the Marketing Director with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships considered).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and profienciency in AI.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
